Dear Sir,

Sbi cards is really harassing me.. I have received call on my office TL mobile num nd my manager num, related to credit card, the fact is I m not using the credit card, credit card is used by my brother but they are harassing me in my office…. They call me every 10 min later on senior mobile num again n again…..And he started abusing me and threatening me by giving all my identity details which are available with all my banks including my family , friends, etc., and he also threatened that he will ensure the payment collection is done through me only as I am not connect with this case and my family will be tortured every… What if somethinh happen to my mother becz she is not feeling well from past 2 years and they also continuously calling me and disturbed my working hours.
Every time he used abusing words and keep irritating….

However, the SBI recovery collection agent have spoiled my work for about 2 hours and it is totally not acceptable. There is no guarantee that he will not call again and again and threaten us….

This is totally cross violation of privacy by calling any one and threatening who are not at all linked with your cards / loans etc and the SBI should compensate for my mental torture and loss of business hours….

After inquiry we also note that the person has called lot of our seniors and disturbed their works….

Did any one help us how we can take action against such unsolicited harassment calls from SBI collection recovery agents.
