Hi Team,

I ordered(Order No: GY9467) the Gear X Smart watch + M3 Smart Band + Illusion wireless earpods through goyantra.com on 09/08/2019..As per commitment of purchased products, I didn’t receive full set of product on 19/08/2019, received only Smart watch+ 1 ear pod which was come to know after opening the courier..also, the smart watch has not been working Sofar which was very fed-up to me..I araised my complaint through helpgoyantra@gmail.com on 19/08/2019 but I haven’t received any response/ solution from them inspite of emailing many times which has been very much agitated and affected me as personally and mentally.. Am requesting you to get me a solution from them as to refund the amount of 2000 or replacement of product at earliest
