I own a Big Bazzer profit card since Dec’21 and have paid 10000 for the total card. By Feb’22 they stopped Big Bazaar and was taken over by Reliance. I called the customer service/emailed them for the refund but no response from the team.
I have another 8 K balance in the card and I’m unable to use it or get refund. This is ridicuolus and they should pay me back by balance amount and also with the interest thet I’m unable to use
