Disconnected my out going calls for my mobile number 9492528515, even though i am having balance 16 Rupees in account . When i called to Consumer care Ivr service says ‘your out going service validity closed by December 3 2018’. But when I purchased sim it got Life Validity. Airtel 198 Ivr number is not connecting to customer care excutive to complaint against this.
