Dear Vodafone,
I am Suman Saha, a loyal customer to this Telecom company, since last 8 years. My number is xxxx036164.
Recently, From your side, I was offered to join Vodafone Red X plan. So I did. But due to poor Network at my present workplace I wanted Port my number to Airtel. Then again I got call from Vodafone customer care with a request to stay connected with them at the low rate basic post paid plan. So I agreed.
But this month when I received my bill, I got shock seeing that I was charged with Rs.2500/- as the exit penalty of Vodafone red PlanX which I was not awared of neither at the time of taking the plan nor at the time of exit.
I strongly believe that this kind of malpractice should not have been happened with anyone specially with a customer who has been with the company for such a long period.
So, My humble request to you kindly arrange to refund my money which has been deducted keeping me in dark.
