Dear Officer,
My phone no with you was 9899791668, which I was using for 15 yrs. I was in Bankok from 27th Sep 18 to 1st Aug 2018. Before going to Bankok, I enquired at your care centre phone no for a special package of Rs 2500. Bur your executive proposed me that I can take a package of Rs 500 per day….so I can save Rs 500 in the deal. But when I got the phone, I was amazed to see extra charges of Rs 5000.
Then I talked at your care centre about this extra charge of Rs 5000, your executive said that he has waived this charge. But this charge got reflected in the bill every month and your executives waived this every month. In the bill of Jan 19, this extra amount became Rs 6300 and your executive refused to waive this amount. After this my phone connection was also disconnected.
