Sub: Complain regarding Metro Rail
Dear Sir,
I have made a payment through Paytm for Metro rail and the screen shot is on my mobile. I spoke to their customer care but they refused to transfer the said amount of rides to another metro card as my daughter uses the metro from azad nagar to ghatkopar to and fro.
I am not asking for refund but I only need to utilize the recharge to my daughter’s card. Why is it so difficult for metro rail to transfer the no of rides to her card?
Looking forward to get this sorted out at the earliest.
