Sub: Complaint of fraud committed by SRIKANTH INDIAN ARMY CISF
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice.
In response to an advertisement given by SRIKANTH INDIAN ARMY CISF from Jodhpur CISF Cantt with respect t<span style="o the sale of a mobile phone ie. I phone X 64 GB at OLX(copy enclosed) I called the person on the given phone no [7689875501], he said I am SRIKANTH in army and I am in need of money for the treatment of my friend who is lying in the hospital . I contacted him on the phone. He posed as an army personnel and requested me to pay 25000/-by Paytm because he required money very urgently for the treatment of his friend lying in a hospital .Entire price of Rs 55500/- on OLX for I Phone but after conservation he decided sell on Rs 50000.
He sent me the pic of his ID on the whatsapp
On 11th Nov, he again requested me for the remaining Rs 25000 pay.
On 12th Nov. Afternoon a courier boy called me your order in your city from this Mob No:- 9982875665 pls pay remaining payment in paytm i will gave you courier after full payment. I am not satisfied from this call. He started playing hanky panky and sent me a fake reciept from a courier(copy enclosed).
Till today evening no parcel is received by me when I contacted him again he says sent me remaining amount after full payment courier boy seen to you. I refused to pay. He says if you pay full amount courier boy seen to you. I say in front of courier boy i will transfer full amount to you but he is not ready for this.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and get me the justice done.
I am giving the following paytm transactions for your ready reference.

12 Nov 2018 Courier boy call me in afternoon from this no:- 9982875665 your order is in your city pay remaining amount . After paying i will gave you courier .
