Subject: Complaint letter regarding Jio Air Fiber connection not being provided even after payment.
Sir,
under the above subject, I request that on February 2, 2026, your Jio-booked technician, Mukesh Chaudhary mobile no (9667775666), registered an Air Fiber connection from my home address and also collected the payment of 599 rupees. On February 2, I asked the technician to install and setup the setup, and he said, “Sir, I will install and activate your setup tomorrow.” I called the technician on February 3, and he said he would come on February 4. I called the technician on February 4, and he said he would come on February 5.
Since February 5, I have been calling the technician daily, but he is not picking up the phone. I have also sent WhatsApp messages, which he sees but does not reply. Therefore, Sir, I am facing a lot of problems. Despite being such a large company, customer service is not taken care of. Sir, I am submitting this application as a reminder that I will have to go to court to pursue legal action. I have made the full payment, yet the connection has not been installed, and you are not providing me with a satisfactory response. Therefore, Sir, please take cognizance of this matter and direct the appropriate authorities to take appropriate action. I am awaiting this request. I submit this application to you.
