I had ordered some items through jio mart on 11-03-2021 of which one item i had to return back since the order was cancelled , but the refund didn’t get back till now. It’s been more that 20 days, i have been following up with JioMart staff but team is not giving any positive response and everytime they inform money is refunded to source account. But when i check my account, there is not money refund of Rs. 198.

I raised complain many times but no satisfactory reply given by their executives. Every time they told me wait for 48 hours and after few hours they close the ticket without any proper response and no one from their side call me back..
