I am writing this with immense frustration and disappointment regarding my experience with the Jio AirFiber installation process. This has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn fellow consumers. π
1. **False Promises:** Your sales representative assured uninterrupted broadband, citing 5G coverage in my area. The reality? Unstable 5G, making the service unusable. π€πΆ
2. **VPN Debacle:** The internet speed nosedives when using a VPN, crippling my ability to work effectively from home. ππ»
3. **Citrix Chaos:** Daily disruptions in Citrix connections have become the norm, impacting work deadlines consistently. π«β³
4. **Buffering Hell:** Streaming live sports events? Prepare for constant buffering, especially during peak hours. πΊπ€¬
5. **Mobile Network Vanished:** Connecting to AirFiber WiFi renders my Jio 4G network useless. No calls, no connectivity. π±π«
6. **Customer Service Nightmare:** Raised service requests (SR00001SONGW and SR00001SEJD8), but the promised resolutions by 10th Nov and later extended to 30th Nov have not materialized. π‘π
7. **Hidden Installation Woes:** The technicians highlighted an unstable outside antenna indicator, coupled with surrounding high-rises obstructing installation. Why wasn’t this communicated upfront? π’π‘
πΈ **Prepaid Pain:** I prepaid a substantial amount for 12 months on 05-Nov-23, only to find myself trapped in a situation where the service is practically unusable. Money down the drain! πΈπ
