I am writing this with immense frustration and disappointment regarding my experience with the Jio AirFiber installation process. This has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn fellow consumers. πŸ‘‡

1. **False Promises:** Your sales representative assured uninterrupted broadband, citing 5G coverage in my area. The reality? Unstable 5G, making the service unusable. πŸ˜€πŸ“Ά

2. **VPN Debacle:** The internet speed nosedives when using a VPN, crippling my ability to work effectively from home. πŸ“ˆπŸ’»

3. **Citrix Chaos:** Daily disruptions in Citrix connections have become the norm, impacting work deadlines consistently. 🚫⏳

4. **Buffering Hell:** Streaming live sports events? Prepare for constant buffering, especially during peak hours. πŸ“ΊπŸ€¬

5. **Mobile Network Vanished:** Connecting to AirFiber WiFi renders my Jio 4G network useless. No calls, no connectivity. πŸ“±πŸš«
