Text of Complaint by Hemangi Patil:

On 29th December 2018, i had applied for tikona service and made the online payment of service for 3 months on the same day. They lied to me that they do have their service in area i asked for but it was not so they dont have any connections close to where i stay. They fooled me into paying for 3months service. Till 18th January 2019 the installation for service was not done. I had applied for refund on 18th Jan 2019, it has been a month i have not received my refund. I am making complaints since 18th jan but no feedback or action taken yet. I am mailing and callings to the tikona customer care but still no positive feedback every time they lie. I have posted complaints on twitter also on consumercomplaint portal but still no feedback on why i have not received my refund.

  2. Very bad experience on 1st day – 1125853117
    I want a full payment refund ASAP. Otherwise will have take legal action once the lockdown period is over.

    Here are the contact persons I have dealt with
    Mr Hitesh +91 8160850306 sold a plan and made me fool by telling that we are the best in ISP. So insisted to took 1 year plan with 10 mbps where I wanted 25 mbps plan.

  3. Same is my current situation. I applied n paid full amount on April 1, 2020 and till today (July 7, 2020) neither got connection nor refund. Pathetic service n a horrible support. The person whom I was co-ordinating for connection, asked me to mail to customer support for refund. N I have mailed them n no of times but no response.

    I have paid- Rs 4005 For my connection.
    Before the booking i made him clear that its urgent basis setup to be within 1 day.

    Now, He’s not returning my call, Not my Text Messages, not accepting my call.

    I want to cancel my booking.
    This Behaviour is very serious and irresponsible.
