You guys are rubbish zero customer satisfaction 2 days back I wanted to order but due to payment gateway failure amount got deducted and I was unable to order. So I contacted Zomato guyzz and they told me refund has been initiated and it will be there in 24 hours . It has been more than that still I dont have the amount.you guys have made me crazy I am very angry and fed up. I have to contact you people again and again and I hate it . You people are fooling people and taking their money. I want my money and I have to escalate this further.
I have shared the screen shot that the money was deducted and I have not received the order please get this sorted
