This is Jignesh Makwana here,
I am facing the problem that I received bill of july 2019 month that 16,897/- INR. I was out of India from march to july 2019.
With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to inform you that I had activated i-RoamFree pack which I activate at the beginning of every month. Accordingly I have been paying the bill on time which amounts to Rs. 7400 approx each month for 3 months.
However, on 16th July, 2019 I received a message that my bill amount is 16897 INR. I went to Vodafone store at Bhayandar West, the lady executive accepted the mistake and she said she has raised a complaint, still my calls and internet was disconnected. I tried to contact customer care but could not connect to them..
Thereafter I went at Vodafone store near Sion and discussed the same with the executive, Mr. Tejas, he checked in the system and confirmed that my i-RoamFree pack is rightly activated and the bill is being wrongly sent being per day charges. He advised me to send a mail to you.
Further for your information, despite of accepting the mistake on Vodafone’s end my outgoing calls and internet has been deactivated, which is hampering my business. I am facing tremendous loss due to this disconnection.
I am your regular customer from past 4-5 years and my payment also on time u can check in your system.
I request you to look into the matter and send me a revised bill.
For your reference, I have attached the screenshot of the i-RoamFree pack that is already active on my number, reversal bill messages which send by Vodaphone telecom (screenshot)
I also send so many mails from 25th july 2019 for the same but this is high time for me now I am loosing my patience, your service is also not good if my problem will not sorting out within 24 hours ( 7th August 2019 ) than I will port-out to other company ( Airtel ). I think Vodaphone have no value for their customer.
