I had ordered food last night (on 15 Jul 2020) from the icy spicy restaurant Indore via Zomato application as I was not feeling well and able to cook food. There were an aloo Tikki burger, veg Kothe and a sweet corn sandwich which costs me around Rs. 170 after the discount applied. Zomato claims that they ensure the safe packaging but it was missing in my last order. The carry bag had no seal and packaging of Zomato and the food was cold it was like wrapped in the foil that it. If I talk about food it was tasteless, the burger is like a bun without spreads and filling with simple aloo Tikki, the sandwich had no filling except some sweet corns into it and instead of veg Kothe, they delivered semi gravy Manchurian. When I tried to contact the Zomato customer care they didn’t give me the appropriate resolution and closed the request.
In the morning I feel stomach ache because of the food which I had last night. I need a proper solution of this problem because this is not the first I am facing this kind of problem from Zomato.
