Hello
I have ordered a kurti from Glowille shopping website. Order of kurti 11044 M and order number GL 156162319732. They delivered the kurti of very poor quality not even worth of rupees 100.00 and i have paid rupees of 998.00.
I have raised a complaint on their website by an email. They replied and was saying we will refund your amount in glowille wallet and deduct 150.00 rupees for delivery charges and you have to courier delivered product.
After some deduction they said fine we will refund whole amount of product in glowille wallet but you have to courier delivered product.
I have a question, why i will bear the courier charges there is no fault of mine. I have done only one mistake which is i have ordered a kurti from this fraud website.
I am really not interested in any other future deal with this webaite so i want refund in my account rather than in glowille wallet. And also i want refund of rupees 1,098.00(998.00+100.00). 998.00 is of product amount and 100.00 is for courier charges to return their delivered product.
Kindly help me in refund of my amount of rupees 1,098.00. After your help in this matter i will realise there is someone with innocent customers.
