I ordered a woman kurta and pant set on date 8th Nov. but received a totally wrong product which is not 0% similar to my ordered product. Than I requested for return and refund, but it was rejected 2 times from flipkart/seller end. While i asked customer care executive regarding the reason for reject return request she replied as refund is not available in this product. But In order summary of that particular dress it’s clearly mentioned replacement/refund/exchange all options available there, enclosed that image screenshot for your reference. Than I requested for replacement of the product but not yet received any update from flipkart side. Almost 20 days crossed i could receive neither my dress nor refund money. This is my 2nd grievance against @Flipkart in last one month. One can understand how Flipkart troubling his customers, request serious action against it.
