I book a ticket through IRCTC site …But it was showing in waiting list…later on it was not confirmed. So it was cancelled automatically…but still after 10 days refund is not credited to my account. i send many emails to irctc regarding this…but no action is taken by IRCTC.

Non refund of fare against cancellation of Reserved ticket
I have Booked a reserved ticket and cancelled through Paytm Vide Booking ID of Paytm No.5452717259 booked against Named SRIRAMULU P M-55 By 12375 Exp from KPD to ROU Boarding at BZA in 3A/C under UPI Transaction ID No.817718743883 shows in paytm ticket cancelled and refunded Rs.1555/- on dt26.06.2018 but still date physically amount not refunded still date 08.08.2018 please take necessary action please
My PNR NO:8308910580.I booked the ticket on 29th august.but i cancelled it.but the total ticket charge is 480.after cancelling 60 Rs fine.420 Rs is credited to my account from last 10 days.please issue complaint on this one.

This is to inform you that my ticket has been cancelled automatically due to lockdown (COVID-19), but in IRCTC app it showing that it has been refunded( Bank Name Credit cards/ Debit cards), but I have not received and payment my pnr no 6803173506, I have booked 2 tickets now I want my refund. So please I request you to please take care of my issue and please refund my amount.
