This greviance is related to my Vodafone mobile postapid no. 9718975415. Though my postpaid paln is of Rs. 299 but in the bill for period 19.03.20 to 18.04.20 i have been charged an exorbitant amount of Rs. 3,345.02. In the bill, without any prior information and without any prior consent an amount of Rs 2542.37 (and tax over it) has been charged as exit plan charge. This issue has been raised with the customer care of the company for multiple times whereby i requested them to withdraw or waive the exit charge and resend the revised bill so that i can pay the bill but till date no redressal has been done so far.
Threfore in view of the above it is requested that mobile company may please be asked or instructed to look into the matter and resolve it ASAP by withdrawing or waiving the exit charge of Rs. 2542.37 (and tax over it). Further, mobile company may also be instructed not disconnect my services and also not to insist on payment of the bill for period 19.03.20 to 18.04.20 till the final disposal of my greviance.
