I was order my product on 31 jan 2023 but i got wrong product on 2nd feb 2023 . i was immediatly complaint on flipkart customer care . they were place replacement but a day before of recieving they canceled my replacement, i was again complainted for the same but they again reject my conplaint as soon i was filled 6 time till 12 feb they were canceled my all complains and at last they blocked my account and not responded. i wasted my time by complain. my product value is 1819 rupee so i want my money back and worn flipkart to unblock my account other wise it is not good for its image.
