Sir/ Maam
I have been regularly paying my bills for my number 7838785220,but I also have an alternative number for which I placed a request to close that number but I was not guided for the same and has an outstanding amount of ₹ 500/ .My complaint is that always I’m threatened for full payment inspire one month the alternate number not being used.Always they threaten and force me to clear the amount otherwise they stop the outgoing calls of both the numbers. Kindly do the needful.
