To whom so ever it may concern,

I am filing this complaint for not getting my refund back in my account from Amazon.

I had ordered socks for my 4.8 years old son on Amazon online by seeing the images online on March 29, 2021. I get the ordered delivered on Sunday 4th April, 2021, but when I get the product at my place and when I checked it, it is very small in size and that is why I request for refund. As my son is very healthy, the size which I ordered was not fitted to him and that is why I have to return back to the Amazon. I immediately called and message to Amazon Customer care, but they are very rude to me. Ms. Shubhangi told me didn’t you check the size before purchase it. I told her I cannot recognized as it was online product and images are very confusive.

After so many arguation, they agreed to refund my money back and mailed me for the same but after 7 days when refund was not creditted to my account, I again called Amazon for clarification. But they are very rude this time too and told me that refund was cancelled and you can file complaint against Amazon but you will not get the refund.

It is so pathetic and was not expected from Amazon brand.

This is why I filled a complaint with consumer forum.

Please check all the screenshots of the communication between me and Amazon.
