I wish to draw your kind attention regarding outgoing calls that have been stopped on my number +91 9899112524 even though I have deposited my due amount on this number on the due date (18.04.2021) and I am also paying bills regularly on or before the due date.
I called customer care and they said previously I was using one another number as well and Rs.526 is due on that number (which i am not liable to pay) that’s why outgoing calls on my current number (9899112524) have been stopped. I already stopped using that other number 3-4 years ago after paying all due amounts at that time. Even at the time I decided to stop using that another number, I intimated to customer care over call as well regarding the stop of services of that another number with immediate effect but customer care didn’t process my request at that time and now after 3-4 years they are demanding Rs.526 from me.
Why Vodafone Idea Ltd raising concern regarding due amount after 3-4 years?
Why this action of stopping outgoing calls not taken before 3-4 years at the time when I stopped using that number?
Therefore I request you to please take necessary action to resolve this issue.
