This is a electric bus for which i have to say is worst to travel because my whole journey was without cooling of air condition all the other passengers to were complaining for ac service on saying to the bus operators they said to complain to company i have already complaint in company but did not get any response from them they have taken payment for which giving no service as per described in there booking portal .. plz help me refund my payment and there is so much heat for which i am unconscious in bus .. plz help me oute
