Text of Complaint by Nitin Kumar:

Myself Nitin Kumar is one of valuable customer of Tata sky. My RMN is 9953895722. I choose the Tata sky from just dial enquiry. Bhagat enterprise from Badarpur provide Tata sky connection on 17-mar-2019. And he done the recharge on 18-mar-2019. Before giving the connection to me he said that you have to pay 1770 RS. in which 1 month recharge given by the company so you have not done any recharge for ist month. As he installed the connection on 17-mar and doing recharge on 18-mar; I have to get free channel upto 18-Apr. But my recharge shown with validity upto 10-Apr.

After this on same day i.e. on 18- mar I contacted to dealer and he says the technician make your extra charge of wire and he reduce your recharge validity. Then I contacted to technician he said dealer has done wrong recharge and this less validity is due to dealer unfair means. I have called to dealer more than 15 times daily but he does not respond me clearly.

Then I raise a complaint at Tata sky customer care portal. According to them they contact me three times but due to they does not contacted to me they close the complaint. After that I again contacted to Tata sky customer care chat portal two times and contact on customer care number and raise 1 more complaint for the same.

Now after making so many calls to dealer, to the technician and to the Tata sky I am mentally harassed by the company. Now please refund my money of 1770 rs so that I quit the Tata sky because they are not having any value of their customers. This is my initial phase of connection. After that in future I can’t trust them. The Tata sky customer care service person say they can’t help me in this. They can’t take any action on their dealer that why he misguided with promotion offer to the customer. Now whether correct my recharge validity or give me my money back because I can’t tolerate the torture of Tata sky and the dealer to mentally harassed myself.
