Text of Complaint by MV PATHROSE:

My complaints is against the D-Net Malayalam Communications. Kaloor Ernakulam kerala – 682017, Ph No. 9388062026, 9061053026

I have taken TV Cable connection from above operator more than 8 years back. Since last couple of years the service is very poor. They taken 6 months charges in advance. Last I paid Rs 1530/- the fee for 6 months vide Bill No.2006040 dt. 04.06.2020, valued up to October last 2020.
On complaining the fault either the phone will be engaged or they will not respond. Last year I informed to terminate the service, but they assured that the issue will not happen further and they provided the discount of 2 months fee. Now again the issue has come up and they are not attending our calls.
They have charged for installing additional equipment for getting clear signals which was their fault.
Kindly take necessary action against the operator for not providing proper service and made inconvenient to customer even after taking advance payment.
