My complaint was :- I purchesed a doormat online on www.glowroad.com with prepaid order. As per https://www.glowroad.com/ website Item showing size clear in Length 58 Inches and Width 38 Inches (screenshot attached) size description. But the item delevered by complay and i received wrong size is Length 18 Inch and Width 24 Inch. After it I submited same day of delevery a returen request online for Order ID: 345188566 has been successfully placed. The return ticket ID is 896807749 on https://www.glowroad.com/ app.
After it any person not contact me by https://www.glowroad.com/ or not coming at my address for item pickup or return. I regurarly requested on app for return requeted on online on app. But they not return wrong item and not refund my prepaid item till date. But, they rejected my return request on the app without any resolution.
So, please register complaint for this wrong item and action agiast thier compny and refund my money as soon as possible.
