We received damaged product from seller on may 2nd. Seller trieddoing fraud by packing damaged product in new packaging. On 3rdmay return was initiated, 6th may was the promised delivery date ofthe replacement product. we didn’t received any product till now on9th of may and no support from flipkart. We are being told that theseller has rejected the replacement request and flipkart has nothingto do with it. Flipkart and seller wasted our time near about 15 daysand still no updates are given regarding the issue.
