I placed an online order for a Alpha One Smart Watch from www.nichedeals.in for COD & the order value is Rs.1, 699/00 vide AWB Number : 8927518654, Order Number: ND9935. I received the congignment from Ecom express & I paid in cash. When I opened the parcel, the product was different than the ordered one. It was an basic LED watch which may cost less than Rs.100/00. This is a fraud & I would request you to take action against www.nichedeals.in.
Please help me and oblige.
