I purchased a shoe from Flipkart and the colour of shoes is fade and have some scratches. So I complaint in Flipkart and they accept my return request. but the delivery boy from ekart logistics said that I can’t pick up the shoes from your home you have to come in office and give it. When I didn’t go he cancelled my pickup. It has done by him minimum 4 time.
