Text of Complaint by Ajinkya Wagh:

I have been using Paytm Wallet  from last many years…as and when required…but recently during the KYC, when I have decided to use PayTM Payments Bank and accordingly submitted my documents…Document),

  1. PAN Card
  2. Voter ID (As requested by PayTM agent denying AADHAR Card as Valid

Where I found My whole name is charged as per Voter ID (Which was Wrong), which is not as per my Name on PAN Card….though KYC is Done and linked the Provided PAN Card…

For which I have made my complaint on PayTM no.s, various times even called and and asked for restoring my original name as on linked PAN Card…and de-linking  wrong Voter ID, from last one month…also asked to also asked to close my a/c and de-link my no.

Yet…every time I am getting the same request of submitting my KYC Document again and again…even without reading my messages….requesting them to restore my original name as it is on linked PAN Card…giving excuses of RBI Guidelines…and other KYC Guidelines…

The Raised Question is,

  1. Dose RBI is so pathetic to guide any financial organisation / banks  to discontinue the Name of Primary KYC document i.e PAN Card…and continue the wrong name on Secondary Document?
  2. Does our honorable Govt. and Our Systems are so red – tapped to decide the identity of person on wrong Voter ID and denying right AADHAR Card??
  3. Does our banking and financial organisation Law are so stubborn to deny consumer “Right to Service”, “”Right to Close A/c”

I  Optimistically hope that, it is not….but yet my Name has changed on PayTM Account, And not as per my PAN Card…so I simply deny PayTM  and PayTM Bank as valid financial organisation acting as per the laid guidelines…
