Text of Complaint by RAVI BIND:

I am Ravi Bind have an vodafone postpaid connection. in Aug 2019 i have received a call by back end team of vodafone company they suggest a plan for Rs,399 with the discount of 100 Rs for 6 month and the above benefits same as per 399 plan .

Bill Details for 6 months.

Aug 399 +50 other charges + 80 GST total 529.82 (100 discount not applied)

Sep 399++50 other charge +81 GST total 533 (100 discount not applied)

Oct 399+50 other charges + 80 GST total 532 (100 discount not applied)

Nov 399 + 100 other charges + 114 GST 613 (100 Discount not applied)

Dec 402 +124 other charges + 94.72 GST 620.72 (100 discount not applied)

In the month of december end 16/Dec/2019 i have again received a call by back end and active a plan of 499 with the discount of Rs,100 .

Jan 499 +100 other charges + 107 GST 706 Bill has been generate .

as per the commitment i didnt received any discount or any benfits as he told i was clearly record the phone calls with the concern,

My number has been stop by the company to not pay the amount ! but why should i bear the amount to pay the extra cost .

I also raised so Many SR service Request like 4-54435650224 but their si not respond to my query after all so many mail that i have send to vodafone idea .

Kindly forward my concern for solution either i have to go legal with nodal officer or consumer forum at district level.
