On 5th june this entertainment plus plan of 499 rs got activated on my number without my permission, I gave complaint on same day and was given complaint number4-117872730469then I got call that my old plan was restored back but when I checked that new plan was still there so I again called up your customer care and they are saying that no complaint is there of the above mentioned number, this is very frustrating, I have again given complaint to restore my old plan. I got new complaint number as below
Hello! Your complaint dated 07-Jun-2021 10:35:13 PM with reference number C004-117958770325 is registered. We assure resolution by 08-Jun-2021 06:00:00 PM.
I want this immediate plan restoration, without further delay.
And want all details of this vodafone mess.
Why such activation is happening without asking and why my complaint is not taken action on.
