Dear Honorable Judge,
I am writing to file a complaint against Dream 11, an online fantasy sports platform, on the basis that the game they offer is based solely on luck rather than skill.
As a player on Dream 11, I have noticed that the outcomes of the games are largely determined by chance. The players who are chosen by the participants are subject to the real-life performance of the players in the game. This means that no matter how much skill a participant may possess in selecting their team, the ultimate outcome of the game is not in their control.
Furthermore, Dream 11 often advertises itself as a game of skill, which misleads the players into believing that their performance and strategy in selecting players will determine the outcome of the game. However, this is not the case, as the final result is largely determined by the performance of the players in the actual game.
This deceptive advertising has led to many players investing significant amounts of money into the game, believing that they have a chance to win based on their skill. However, this is not the case, and many players have suffered significant financial losses as a result.
I believe that Dream 11 should be held accountable for their misleading advertising and the financial losses suffered by many of its users. I request the court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary actions to ensure that the game is fair and that the participants are not misled.
