Text of Complaint by Vikas Chaudhary:

I placed a online food order( I paid Rs.727.24 online for this order) ( Name – vikas chaudhary and order ID was – #7091804312) on Eternal (Zomato) at the time of delivery i was on company call with my client . after the call i received a message from zomato that your order is cancelled as delivery boy bis unable to find your address. I want my refund, if zomato prove that my address is wrong then don’t give a refund. I’m asking zomato that is it necessary that without calling the customer you will not deliver a food order ????For a few minutes my phone was not reachable it doesn’t mean you cancel my order.

the delivery boy should give the order to watchman or directly to house – though the address is correct

the delivery boy also return my order to restaurant ( I called the restaurant he said they didn’t received any return order from delivery boy)

Why should I wear the loss of Rs.727.24 . My request is , I want refund or fresh order from Zomato.
