Dear Team,
I would like to bring your special attention to this case as it a matter of Brand image for which every company is working over and above the revenue.

Service centres like “Sunshine Automobiles – Jhilmil Delhi” are spoiling the brand image of Royal Enfield.
Since long I have been visiting this service centre and getting the paid service done because this service centre is near to my home.

At every service, I have been kept on waiting for at-least 4-5 hrs. and let me tell you that waiting time is not the real concern.

People at this service station are not even bothered to tell the customer that your byke service is completed and you may make the payment. I have waited 1 hour unnecessarily because of this irresponsible attitude. Ans this is happening every time.

Recently , I visited this service station for the paid service and I tell them that everything is fine, byke is running well.

Engineer checked the byke and gave me the estimate of ~10K which is consisting , Clutch plate set, Handle barring repairing, regular service charges etc.

I said that, for now please get the regular service done as the estimate is too high , I will get the part changed in a month.

Engineer said that I will not change the Engine oil because byke clutch plate is not good. I said ok.

He changed only Disk Pads and get the Chain leaning done and lubrications for which I have paid INR 1800.
And now , byke is in worst condition.

When they haven’t done anything how can byke performance gets worst whereas before coming to service center , I didn’t even feel the problem. mileage was coming 25 – 28 KMPL however now its Less than 20 KMPL.

It indicates that this service has intent to force the customer to repair the byke at any cost. They have done something while servicing the byke, which can drag me there asap.
Earlier also, there were many instances like this.

What should I do now?
Expecting a positive response from your side.

I love Royal Enfield and don’t and hope you don’t allow such service centres to disintegrate the image of the brand.
