I have placed the Noise Twist go round smartwatch on 28 Feb 2024 and received it on 29 Feb 2024, when I opened the package I found the watch screen tilted towards the right, so I raised a return pickup on the same day i.e. 29 Feb 2024, but the return pick up was initiated and the package was collected on 7 March 2024 by the executive Prasad, and still, no return or refund is initiated. I have spoken to their customer care executive multiple times and given different dates such as 11.03.24, 19.03.24, and 26.03.24.
