Complaint against Urban Company for installation of PVC Wall Panel – advance of Rs 73,000/- was paid – the professional appointed by the Urban Company, was unprofessional he kept the electric sockets open, broke the closet, all the electric wires are open. Concerns was raised through the chat option and requested to listen to my problem but the customer care service is worst. I emailed the CEO and other Heads but no reply from them even I tweeted. There was no significant assistance provided by the agents nor any professional was appointed. I send the pics to the customer care but no action taken. This has caused irreparable loss, mental agony, loss of time and money.
