Subject: COMPLAINT AGAINST AXIS BANK
I am here writing complaint against the axis bank.I made a transaction withdrawal cash Rs 5000 from the Axis Bank ATM SECTOR-7 Rohini on 18 Feb.17,time:7:18Pm by other bank card.After transaction entry withdrawal amount at the time of collection cash will be Rs 500 only collected by us and rest of the amount Rs 4500 not collect by us this amount reverse back in the atm.So same day that time I registered the complaint in our ICICI bank regarding the issue
They Registerd our complaint and provide us service request NO- SR457810583 and said complaint will be resolve next 7 working days.After completing 7 Days I got a message from ICICI BANK after verification we are unable to refund the amount Rs 4500 in your account our side transaction is successful nd close the request.After receiving the SMS next day go to the AXIS BANK pls Check transaction details from that date they refuse to provide the details they said u reregister your complaint for reverification in your bank .After re registered the complaint they provide again new service request No.- SR123664857 and demand also cctv footage from Axis Bank.Completing 7 Days call to customer care ICICI to know the status of our request again revert Axis bank refuse to money back and cctv footage of ATM.ICICI Bank asked the reason to refuse to Footage they said that time our camera is not working.Pls provide the justice.
