Dear IFB Customer Care,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the performance and service regarding my recently purchased 2-ton 3-star AC unit from IFB. I bought the AC from your esteemed company just two months ago, and I regret to inform you that the unit has encountered a significant defect that has left it non-functional for almost a month.

The issue specifically pertains to the AC’s motor, which requires immediate repair. I promptly reported the malfunction to your customer service department on [date] and subsequently scheduled a service visit. However, despite multiple assurances and follow-ups, the repair process has been excessively delayed, causing significant inconvenience to me and my family, especially considering the scorching temperatures during this period.

I would like to emphasize that I have been patient and understanding throughout this ordeal, but the lack of progress and the extended duration without a functioning AC has exceeded my tolerance. It is disheartening to see the level of service falling well below my expectations, given IFB’s reputation as a reliable and customer-centric brand.

Considering the circumstances, I kindly request one of the following resolutions to rectify this situation promptly:

Compensation: I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by the faulty AC unit and the extended duration without a resolution. This compensation should reflect the severity of the situation and the frustration I have experienced.

Replacement: As an alternative solution, I request an immediate replacement of the defective AC unit with a fully functional one. This will not only compensate for the inconvenience caused but also reinstate my faith in IFB as a trusted brand.

I believe that taking swift action to address my concerns and providing a satisfactory resolution will help restore my confidence in IFB as a company that values its customers. I have attached copies of all relevant documentation, including the purchase receipt and service request details, for your reference.

I anticipate a prompt response from your end, resolving this matter to my satisfaction within [reasonable timeframe]. Failure to address my concerns adequately may leave me with no choice but to explore legal avenues and share my negative experience with other potential customers.
