I have placed the order on zomato where after 30 mins I have received the message that your order is cancelled due to my phone is not reachable. I tried calling to the given no where it was told me he tried to call me on my phone which was not reachable so my order stand cancelled
When I talked to zomato about this on chat they told that my order stand cancelled and the amount is not refundable because my phone was not reachable.
What is my mistake here if my phone was not reachable where as I asked them to repeat the order and I don’t need refund, zomato was not even comfortable with that. They asked me to write email to zomato whereas when asked why chat person cannot do that, the rep disconnected the chat. I have full snapshots of the chats coz there is no way to pritp a soft copy of the conversation.
