Subject:complaint letter about deactivating the network service of the whole company staff including MD..
I’m writing this letter regarding the deactivation of the cellular network service with your company, without prior intimation.Please be aware that The bill as produced was paid by us on time.however, the due to failed updation at your end they straight away disconnected the outgoing service for 2 days, including our managing director.. Where we pay in time n due to error occurring at the technical level how appropriate is it to disconnect the services of a company who has bought a bunch of sim under a contract for its fellow employees, only to get it disconnected without prior intimation?Prior to such action one should get the system updated
And checked for the details. PAAR SERVICES PVT LTD the company and its employees had to face the trouble due to no connection. This action which was downright inappropriate came to der notice only after repeated alerts did they took a note of it..
this miserable service has resulted many disturbances in carrying our routines.. now be aware if such things happens again we would mark the same to the TRAI about the inefficient services n no attention the customers.
