At about 4.30pm, 13th Feb, I visited your above branch re phone number 8130064118. I informed Yashvir that the number has been disconnected without any reason or warning and it had approx Rs800 credit. He told me the credit is lost and won’t be refunded. I told him that is completely wrong and being family of lawyers we will take the matter to court as a matter of principal. He sarcastically said yes, you can go to court and then you will get a refund. He then changed his tune and said no the money will be refunded to your bank account. He then changed his tune for the 3rd time and said there is no credit so no refund. I am an NRI senior citizen of 68 years and after 15 years with Airtel, never ever experienced this can of rude arrogant behaviour. Please take note that unless this matter is resolved to my satisfaction ie credit refunded on number mentioned, an apology from this rude member of your staff, I will port my and my families’ 6 airtel numbers to your competitors. The choice is yours.
