My name is Swetha Chandra sekar.. lI have raised complaint again voltas dealer. I have call the customer service because of my Air conditioner was not working and that LED lite was error.sp that she arrange the agent on 16-may-2023. That agent was came and he check fully said was your Air conditioner was repair so that we check and replace new one. Then next morning I check the bill our ac was warranty by 5 yrs. I called him again voltas dealer they said “I was dealer so that I couldn’t repair it” so you called direct voltas customer service they claim by warrenty.. since two weeks ago there is no one come and replace my ac this is very bad service from you end.. please can you check reply fast. Also I have shared the agent number and video proof and My Air conditioner bill..
