Text of Complaint by MRINMAY BERA:

Dear Sir/Madam,
Vodafone has unnecessarily taken the extra charges of data usage of  2 GB where already 0.34 GB data is left in the last month . In the last month when I see low data is remaining immediately I stopped the mobile data and resume the same on 1st march and checked that total data for usage is 75.34 GB (75 GB for March+ 0.34 GB carried forward) . I am sending you the proof of extra charges and status of total usage data. Pls find the attached files and help me to get resolution . I can’t understand the fact if data is already remaining then how they are taking the extra charges of usage. Even I have not received any alert SMS of 100% consumption of allotted data.
