Text of Complaint by Mohit Malik:

Dear Team,

I bought one postpaid connection no 9953324488 somewhere in Sep/Oct 2020 and used only for 1 months and asked to discontinue it but they have charged for 3 months and settled it with amount Rs- 409-. Now again they are sending bill while it was already settled and number is not in use since last 6 months.

Previous bill was already settled and services discontinued then why they are sending new bill.
