When i visit your so called vodafone store to trnsfer process where your executive “sheetal” from navsari gujarat india Says me to your problem is not resolve now because of merging idea and vodafone this process ony work in 1 to 10 date of month but i also visit your store in 9/9/2018 for inquirie to transfer my postpaid card to prepaid card that time your so called executive says me to you vist again when your bill due date is near so i say ok and i visit today at that 19/9/2018
now your executive says me process is now not working plz come after 10 days to your problem
now the thing is you need another big compny like airtel to murge with you because of your process
