Text of Complaint by Anil Rajpal:

This email is for registering a complaint against Vodafone employee Shital Patil (9820489984).

Couple of months back Shital Patil had called me to take a Family Plan on my no. (7045359523). She advised me to convert all the 5 prepaid numbers of my family members to postpaid and she will add all the 6 numbers under 1 family plan of rs. 999.

I liked the plan benefits and told her to convert all the prepaid numbers to postpaid so that all the numbers will be under 1 family plan.

She had sent one employee to my home address to verify the Aadhaar card and help me with prepaid to postpaid conversion of all the 5 prepaid no.s.

She said after 2-3 days all the 6 numbers will be under 1 family plan and you just need to pay 999+GST for all the 6 numbers.

On 30th July, I received a message (image attached) regarding my request to add no.s to family plan in which 1 number was missing (9322414176).

I messaged Shital Patil that this number is missing from the family plan and she replied “check karke batati hun sir”.

After this no reply from her

I followed up with her on 6th Sept regarding same and she again replied same “Mai Check karke batati hun sir”

Again, No reply from her

I followed up with her again on 15th Sept regarding same and she again replied same “Mai Check karke batai hun sir”

Again, No reply from her

I again called her on 16th Sept and after that she stopped picking up my calls and responding to whatsapp messages.

Now because of Shital Patils mistake, my number 9322414176 is not added as part of the family plan and there is an outstanding bill on that no.

Daily I am getting calls from Customer care regarding this and daily I am repeating the same story to them regarding Shital Patils mistake and no action is being taken against her.

I have also shared the phone no of Shital Patil but no action taken from customer care.

Daily I am getting calls from Customer care which is very disturbing and they are requesting to pay the bill and then again raise a request to add it to the Family Plan.

But why should I pay double bill because of Shital Patil’s mistake???? I am already paying 999+GST for the family plan.

Let me know how to proceed on this.

I have attached all the images of whatsapp chats with her.

She has stopped picking up my calls and not responding on whatsapp as well.

For taking Family plan she called me 10 times in 1 day and now she is not responding even after calling several times.

This behaviour is unacceptable from a Corporate employee.
