I need to port my postpaid sim to prepaid in same network. On 4 feb, i raised a request regarding this by your CC executive then she suggested me to visit near by vodafone store. I visited there same day .they raised a request because there was kind of circle changed issue. On next day(5 feb), i got a call from customer care, she told me to cancil that request and said i will do it for you because you are our valuable customer so i cancilled that and she also told me to visit near by vodafone store. So i again visited there on same day. But again nothing happend except wasted my time. After then i told her that now what should i do she cut my call. there were very rude behaviour towards me, also misguided me ,waisted my time.
Im a working female.this was really unacceptable.
During this i called many times to CC executives, visited store atleast 3-4 times.
Today its 13 feb, and i did not get any resolution except this new bill.
a new bill is generating and i will not pay any bill now. I want proper solution from you .
