Text of Complaint by ADITYA KUMAR:

Respected Senior,

This is to kindly inform you that I went to Vodafone Store on 13th October 2018 for New Number Post – Paid Connection at Patna, Bihar. The company representative sitting there showed me the number, I selected one number & then he told me that he will mail this number to his senior for approval, after that it will be activated.

I am waiting since 10 days, now today is 23rd October 2018. There is No response from Vodafone. They are very careless.

I need your guidance. Please guide me.
